Products
Process equipment engineered and fabricated for high-pressure, high-temperature and corrosive service.

Conventional & Tubular Reactors
Heavy-wall vessels where the main reaction of a process unit takes place, often at high temperature and hydrogen pressure. Conventional reactors hold a fixed catalyst bed; tubular reactors pack the catalyst into many tubes inside a shell, so heat can be added or removed as the reaction runs.

Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger
The workhorse exchanger of refineries and petrochemical plants. One fluid flows through a bundle of tubes and the other around them inside a cylindrical shell, transferring heat through the tube walls.

Proprietary Licensor Equipment
Equipment built to the proprietary designs of process licensors, the companies that own the technology for units such as hydrocracking, ammonia or urea. It is made exactly to the licensor’s specifications, materials and inspection requirements.

Screw Plug Heat Exchanger
A high-pressure shell & tube exchanger sealed by a threaded screw plug instead of a large bolted flange. The threads carry the pressure load, keeping the joint tight in high-pressure hydrogen service, and the tube side can be opened for maintenance without removing the unit.

Clamp Connectors
A compact alternative to bolted flanges for high-pressure piping and nozzles. Two clamp halves draw a pair of hubs together onto a metal seal ring, giving a smaller, lighter joint that is quicker to make up and break.

Air Cooled Heat Exchanger
Cools or condenses process fluids with ambient air instead of cooling water, which makes it the standard choice in water-scarce regions like the Gulf. Large fans move air across bundles of finned tubes carrying the hot fluid.

Fabricated Pipe Spools
Pre-assembled lengths of piping, with flanges, elbows, tees and branches welded in the shop and then bolted together on site. Shop fabrication gives better weld quality and inspection and cuts site work.

Pressure Vessels, Columns & Towers
Pressure vessels hold gases or liquids well above or below atmospheric pressure. Columns and towers are tall vertical vessels fitted with trays or packing, used to separate mixtures by distillation, absorption or stripping.

Custom Shop Fabricated Tanks
Tanks built complete in the workshop rather than erected on site, sized to travel by road. They store water, chemicals and process fluids, in carbon or stainless steel, to the required design code.

Process Plant Skids
A complete process system, with vessels, pumps, piping, valves and instruments, built and tested on a single steel frame in the shop. Skids arrive ready to connect, cutting site installation time and risk.
